The Villa (for 2 or 4 guests) has two connected suites, each with bedroom (180*200 beds), bathroom, toilet, kitchen/livingroom; private heated pool and sundeck with loungers and parasols. If the Villa is rented by 2, just the main suite is used and the other stays empty, so also the pool and teracces are stricly private.
